House Rules

Please do not smoke or vape inside the house or garage.  You may smoke outside but please be considerate and move away from entry doors.  

Collect all trash from craft area(s), bathrooms, and kitchen.  Place it in the large trash can outside the garage door.  Large black trash bags are available if needed.

Remove ALL food items brought in by your group from the refrigerator and kitchen cabinets (even if unopened).

Place all USED bedroom and bathroom linens in the laundry baskets located in each bedroom or in the laundry room hampers. {Including quilts, throws, and shams if used}

Wash all dirty dishes or place them in the dishwasher and turn it on before you leave. Clean dishes may be left in the dishwasher or on the dish drying rack. 

Please leave the blinds and curtains closed when you leave. 

Don't worry about the thermostat, we will adjust it after your group leaves. 

If you move furniture or craft tables during your stay, please move everything back to the original location before you leave. 

On your final departure, lock the deadbolt on the front door (leave the chain off).  Make sure the garage door is closed and the door to the house from the garage is locked. 

If the owner or owner's agent needs to enter the home during your stay for essential reasons including, but not limited to, necessary repairs or improvements, or for any other inspection of the property, the owner agrees to notify the guest who originally reserved the property at least 2 hours in advance. 

If the owner or owner's agent needs to enter the home during your stay for an emergency situation, advance notice may not be given.
